How to prepare your wrap in 3 easy steps
Chicken Gyros
Just add:
- 500g chicken breast fillets or thigh strips (or switch for beef or lamb)
- 200g lettuce, shredded
- 1 red onion, thinly sliced
- 1 cucumber, sliced
- 2 tomatoes, sliced

1. Mix
In a mixing bowl coat the chicken pieces in the gyros seasoning with a little oil.
2. Cook
To grill: Grill the seasoned chicken for 9-11 minutes or until golden brown and cooked throughout.
To pan fry: Heat i tbsp of oil in a frying pan over a medium heat, add the seasoned chicken and fry for 9-11 minutes until golden brown and cooked throughout.
3. Wrap and enjoy!
Remove flatbreads from packaging and heat for 10-15 seconds in the microwave or warm both sides in a dry frying pan. Spread the garlic & herb sauce onto the warm flatbread, add the chicken gyros, salad ingredients and chips. For an extra spicy kick add some chilli sauce. Roll the flatbread and enjoy!
Make it vegan! Replace the meat with 2 tins of chick peas in water, drained (480g). Mix with seasonings and pan fry for about 8 minutes!
For a truly authentic experience add a drizzle of Cypressa tahini
