Gooey Vegan Brownies
(10g chia seeds = 1 tbsp)
- 1 Creative Nature brownie baking mix (250g)
- 3 tbsp chia seeds
- 9 tbsp water
- 125g dairy free spread
How to Make
Preheat oven to 180C. Soak your chia seeds in water for about 10 minutes until they turn gloopy. Then add all your ingredients to a mixing bowl and mix until smooth, adding a bit of water if it seems dry. Spoon the mixture to a 20 x 20 brownie tin and bake for 20-25 minutes.
