Preparation and Usage
Serving suggestionOur seafood paella is a tasty combination of rice, shrimps and clams. Why not try adding fresh mussels and squid for an extra special touch to impress dinner guests.Items to add2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil, 1/2 tsp salt, 100ml white wine, 1 tbsp lemon juice, fresh parsley (for garnish).Cooking instructionsServes 2. Empty contents into a pan along with the olive oil, salt and wine. Add 500ml boiling water and bring to the boil. Simmer for approximately 18-20 minutes until the rice is cooked, stirring occasionally. Finally stir in the lemon juice and serve with freshly chopped parsley.

Instructions
Shallow Fry - From Ambient. Empty contents into a wide, shallow pan with the olive oil, salt and wine. Add 500ml boiling water and bring to the boil. Simmer for approximately 10-15 minutes until rice is cooked, stirring occasionally. Finally stir in the lemon juice and serve immediately, garnished with chopped parsley.
