Instructions
1. Place sachet contents into a large bowl.
2. Add 100-120ml of cold water. Mix until you have a smooth, slightly sticky dough.
3. With floured hands, divide mix into 6 equal portions.
4. Place the dumplings on top of a simmering stew 25-30 mins before the end of cooking. Cook for the remaining time, the dumplings should be risen.
5. Serve immediately.; Oven cook - From Ambient. Electric 200C, Fan 180C, Gas 6, 25-30 mins
1. Preheat oven.
2. Make the dumpling dough as instructed in steps 1 and 2 above.
3. Roll out the dough onto a lightly floured surface to approximately 20cm square.
4. Spread over a layer of your favourite jam.
5. Roll up neatly squeezing the ends to seal then place in a buttered 2lb loaf tin.
6. Cover the loaf tin very tightly with tin foil. Place in the centre of the oven and bake for 25-30 mins.
7. Remove from oven and serve immediately.Recipes
