Kosher - KLBD'Not long ago I was scrolling through Twitter and saw an Ocado tweet asking what the first thing to be added to everyone’s next shop would be. Someone answered promptly that it would be Cohen’s Bakery Bagels, as they were proper bagels which, I can tell you, can be hard to get in this country, and I’ve certainly never (thus far) found them in a supermarket. The discovery has changed my life! These are real bagels, not fluffy bread rolls with a hole in the middle. They have proper chew, and that requisite dense texture. I only feel comfortable now if I have a pack on the go, and another pack, each bagel halved then popped in a freezer bag, kept in the deep freeze, ready to be toasted (from frozen) whenever needed.
