The selection of grapes used to make Ars Collecta Blanc de Blancs come primarily from two areas: The Continental area and the Mediterranean climatic zone of the DO Cava (north-east Spain). After aging for 15 months at a constant temperature in the thick walls of our cellars, thisCava Reserve has a long life ahead of it.Based near Barcelona in Spain, Codornu have now completed over 460 harvests and have the largest number of privately owned vineyards in Europe. Vinification Details
This sparkling wine is made through the traditional method, in the same way as Champagne. Ars Collecta is aged for a minimum of 15 months, where a second fermentation takes places inside the bottle, naturally producing the cavas bubbles. This process gives the wine depth of flavour, elegance and long-lasting, fine bubbles.
