Every knife is test cut for sharpness before it leaves the factory.
The range is supplied by Taylor Eye Witness Ltd, founded in Sheffield in 1838. The company has supplied the John Lewis Partnership with high-quality kitchen knives for over 40 years. They are one of the few knifemakers still manufacturing in Britain.
