Instructions
Cooking Instructions - General. This pudding is best cooked fresh but can be frozen at home.; Oven cook - From Frozen. Electric 200C, Fan 180C, Gas mark 6, Please don't grill!
1 Pre-heat oven. Remove the film but leave the pudding in its wooden tray.
2 Place on a baking tray in the centre of the oven (away from any element or flame) and cook for 20 mins (extra 5 mins).
3 Leave to stand for 2 mins before serving. Make sure it's piping hot.; Oven cook - From Chilled. Electric 200C, Fan 180C, Gas mark 6, Please don't grill!
