The award-winning Chapel Down Rosé Reserve 2021 is made from 96% Pinot Noir grape and matured on fine lees in tank for six months, before a further eighteen months ageing on lees in bottle before release. With aromas of wild strawberries, redcurrant and shortbread, this elegant rosé sparkling has a crisp, fresh palate and fine mousse.
