Our vegan formula contains a soothing blend of Valerian Root, Lavender & Lemongrass, which are all traditional botanicals known for their calming and balancing properties to encourage a normal night’s sleep.

How to use
As part of your bedtime routine, spray twice into your mouth. Shake before use. Replace cap after use. Do not exceed the daily dose. Daily use over 2-4 weeks is advised for best results.
