Uses: Boots Sleepeaze 50 mg Tablets are used to relieve temporary sleeping difficulties.


Suitable for

Adults and children of 16 years and over.

Age restrictions You must be at least 16 years old to purchase this product.

Before you take this medicine

Warning: This medicine may make you sleepy. If this happens do not drive or use tools or machines. Do not drink alcohol.


How to use

Swallow the tablet with water.

Adults and children of 16 years and over

20 minutes before you go to bed.

Do not exceed the stated dose.

Do not give to children under 16 years of age.


Hazards and Cautions

Insomnia may be a symptom of a serious underlying medical illness.

If sleeplessness persists continuously for more than 2 weeks, please consult your doctor.

Do not take:

  • if you have ever had an allergic reaction to diphenhydramine hydrochloride or any of the other ingredients.
  • if you have an obstruction in your stomach or gut (for example, because of an ulcer).
  • if you are pregnant, breast-feeding or receiving prescribed medicines.

If your sleeping difficulties persist, see your doctor.

How to store this medicine Keep out of the sight and reach of children.

Store in a dry place.
