Uses: Boots Sleepeaze 25 mg Tablets are used to relieve temporary sleeping difficulties.


Suitable for

Adults and children of 16 years and over

Age RestrictionYou must be at least 16 years old to purchase this product.


How to use

Please read the enclosed leaflet carefully before use. Swallow the tablets with water

Age How many to take When to take it
Adults and children of 16 years and over Two 20 minutes before you go to bed

Do not exceed the stated dose. Do not give to children under 16 years of age.


Hazards and Cautions

Before you take this medicine Warning: this medicine may make you sleepy. If this happens do not drive or use tools or machines. Do not drink alcohol.
Insomnia may be a symptom of a serious underlying medical illness. If sleeplessness persists continuously for more than 2 weeks, please consult your doctor.

Do not take:

  • if you have ever had an allergic reaction to diphenhydramine hydrochloride or any of the other ingredients.
  • if you have an obstruction in your stomach or gut (for example, because of an ulcer).
  • if you are pregnant, breast feeding or receiving prescribed medicines.
