How to use

Check the foil is not broken before use. If it is, do not take that capsule.
Adults, the elderly and children aged 16 years and over: Take two day capsules every four to six hours, when you need to. And Take two night capsules at bedtime only, at least four hours after the last day capsule.Don’t take more than 8 capsules (4 doses) in any 24 hours.Leave at least 4 hours between doses.
Do not take for more than 3 days unless advised by your doctor.

Swallow each capsule whole with water.

Do not chew.

Do not give to children under 16 years.

If you need more advice ask your pharmacist.

Hazards and Cautions

Do not take more medicine than the label tells you to.If you do not get better, talk to your doctor.
Contains Paracetamol. Do not take anything else containing paracetamol while taking this medicine. Talk to a doctor at once if you take too much of this medicine, even if you feel well.
Use by the date on the end flap of the carton.
This medicine does not contain a sleep aid.Keep all medicines out of the reach and sight of children.
Storage
Do not store above 25ºC.
