Preparation and Usage
Put 1 teabag in your favourite cup (each cup can be brewed up to 3 times). Use freshly boiled water (100C) to extract maximum CBD. Cover (if possible) and brew for 5 to 20 minutes to find your ideal strength and flavour. 5 -10 mins. has approximately 10 - 18 mg CBD which produces a light flavour 11 - 15 mins. \ approximately 19 - 26 mg CBD \ produces a medium flavour 16 - 20 mins. \ approximately 27 - 35 mg CBD \ produces a strong flavour
