2 chicken breasts,
50g baby corn,
50g mange tout,
200g rice,
1 egg.

Sweet Chilli Chicken with Egg Fried Rice
Serves 2
Method:
1. Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a wok or frying pan and add sliced strips of chicken, stir fry for 2 minutes then add strips of corn and mange tout.
2. Add this sachet of sauce and leave to simmer for 1 minute.
3. In another wok or frying pan heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil and add the egg, stir slightly and add the cooked rice and for an authentic taste 1 tablespoon of dark soy sauce. Heat through for 2 minutes and serve with the chicken stir fry.
This sauce also works really well as a dip for Chinese appetisers such as sesame toast.Recipes
