200g beef steak,
1 large green pepper,
1/2 tin Blue Dragon Water Chestnuts,
100g Blue Dragon Medium Egg Noodles.
Recipe suggestion:
Beef with Black Bean & Green Peppers
Serves 2
Method:
1. Cook the noodles as instructed on pack.
2. Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a wok of frying pan and add the strips of beef, stir fry for 2 minutes then add the sliced green pepper and water chestnuts (sliced).
3. Add this sachet of sauce to the wok along with the pre-cooked and drained noodles and stir fry for 1 minute.
Serve immediately.
