Regional Information
The grapes are sourced from the plateau of La Roquebrussane located at an altitude of 360 metres, dominated by the Sainte Baume mountain range and supported by the Loube mountain. On this terroir of the Centre Var, the vines benefit from a favourable microclimate, the vines benefit from this healthy environment which is favourable to the quality of the grapes.

Vinification Details
Harvesting is carried out at night to preserve the freshness of the grapes and thereby facilitate the extraction of flavours. Temperature-controlled fermentation takes place at 16-18 degrees. The wine is shortly aged and fined before bottling.
