Add some chopped peppers and red onion wedges to the tray with the potatoes, then pop some sausages on top and cook to perfection.
A Slice of Spain
Fancy a touch of spice?
Fry some chorizo with onion and mushrooms, then jumble together with roasties in the oven. Serve with a cool bowlful of sour cream.
Instructions
Oven cook - From Frozen. All appliances vary a bit, so the cooking instructions below are just guidelines. Make sure the potatoes are piping hot all the way through before serving.
Our roasties are best cooked straight from frozen. Remove all packaging and pop them on a baking tray in the middle of your oven at 240C/475F/gas mark 9, for 45 mins.
