Preparation and Usage
How to Cook... Now Over to You
Place the contents of the sachet into a bowl.
Add 4-5 tbsp (60-75ml) of cold water and gently mix to create a slightly sticky dough.
With floured hands, divide the dough into 8 equal portions and form into dumplings.
Place the dumplings on top of a simmering stew and cook for 20-30 minutes.
Instructions
Oven cook - From Ambient. Required: 60-75ml water, plain/all purpose flour, mixing bowl.
220C, Fan 200C, Gas mark 7, 20-30 mins
1 Place the dumpling mix into a bowl and add the water, gently mixing into a slightly sticky dough, using more water if required.
2 With floured hands, divide the dough into 8 equal portions and form into dumplings.
3 Place the dumplings on top of a simmering stew and cook for 20-30 mins, or follow suggested guidance if using your own recipe.
