We ate keema at least twice a week in my family home in India - sometimes more!
In my family home we would make mince in the hand churned mincer, that wed carefully fit to the wooden kitchen table. Keema with peas was my favourite. I would eat keema with rice, or fill a paratha wrap and dip the wrap into ketchup! This is classic comfort food. (Asma Khan)

Cooking Guidelines
All cooking appliances vary. This is a guide only. Always ensure food is piping hot throughout before serving.
Oven cook - Preheat oven to 190C, 170C Fan, Gas 5. Remove sleeve and place on a baking tray on the middle shelf of the oven. Cook for 20 to 22 minutes. Allow to stand for 1 minute. Stir and serve. Microwave - Remove sleeve and pierce film several times. Microwave (800W) for 3 minutes, peel back film, stir and re-cover. Cook for a further 1 minute. Allow to stand for 1 minute. Stir and serve.
