Preparation
Hob: From Ambient. Put water in a saucepan (approx. 1 liter per 100g of pasta) and bring to the boil. Then, lightly salt. Add Nuh'un Ankara Makarnas and cook gently for 11-13 minutes, stirring occasionally. Pour immediately 1 glass cold water in and drain. Ready to serve.
