500g chicken thighs or halloumi
1 lettuce, 2 salad tomatoes,
4 flatbreads
Fragrant Shawarma Wrap
1. Coat the diced chicken thighs or halloumi in jar of the AL'Fez shawarma kebab paste.
2. Bake in the oven at 200C for 12 mins or until cooked through.
To pan fry (recommended for halloumi): Heat 1tbsp of oil in a frying pan over a medium heat, add the marinated chicken or halloumi and fry for 8-10 mins, or until cooked through.
3. Serve with shredded lettuce and sliced tomato, wrapped in a flatbread.
For a deeper flavour, leave your chicken or halloumi to marinate for up to 4 hours.
