In addition to the traditional botanicals used in London Dry gin production, 135° East blends in 5 other Japanese botanicals carefully selected by our distiller expert Kimio Yonezawa. Preparation and Usage
135 Gin & Tonic
40ml 135 East Gin
80ml premium tonic water
Pour into tall glass filled with ice
Garnish with citrus zest
Longitude Line
30ml 135 East Gin
10ml Akashi-Tai Umeshu
10ml Hibiscus syrup
15ml Fresh lime juice
10ml Egg white or Aqufaba
Shake all ingredients to emulsify, then add ice and shake again to chill, before straining into chilled cocktail glass
Garnish with dried hibscus flowers
