1 medium cauliflower, approx 600g - 250g broccoli florets - 30g Prsident unsalted butter - 30g plain flour - 450ml semi skimmed milk, warmed - 1 tsp Dijon mustard - Pinch cayenne pepper - 150g Prsident grated Emmental cheese. Topping: 20g Prsident unsalted butter - 2tbsp horseradish sauce - 75g fresh breadcrumbs
Preheat the oven to 190C/374F/gas mark 5.
Put the cauliflower into a steamer and cook for 4 minutes, add the broccoli and continue to cook for a further 3-4 minutes until just tender. Transfer the vegetables to a buttered baking dish.
While the vegetables are steaming put the Prsident butter, flour and milk into a pan,
Whisking all the time, bring gently to simmer then lower the heat and cook for a further 3 minutes.
Add the mustard, cayenne and the Prsident grated Emmental cheese and return to the heat, stirring until the cheese has melted, pour over the vegetables.
To make the topping, melt the Prsident butter in a frying pan, remove from the heat and add the horseradish sauce. Add the breadcrumbs and toss to coat. Scatter over the dish then place in the oven to bake for 25 minutes until the topping is crisp and golden.
Serve with a salad or crusty bread.Recipes

Ingredients
1 tbsp oil, for cooking
4 white onions, finely chopped
50 ml white wine
100 ml water
400g dried pasta
400g Bchamel sauce
400g Prsident grated Emmental
Dried mixed herbs and black pepper
Preheat the oven to 200C.
Heat a frying pan with 1tbsp oil on high heat and cook the onions until they become golden. Add the wine and let it simmer for 5 minutes.
Reduce the heat and add water. Season with dried mixed herbs and black pepper. Let it cook for another 10 minutes.
Meanwhile, cook the pasta in a large saucepan of salted boiling water according to the pack instructions.
Drain the pasta and transfer to the other pan with the onions. Add the Bchamel sauce and mix well to coat the pasta with the sauce.
Transfer the pasta to a deep baking dish and top with Prsident grated Emmental.
Bake in the oven for 15-20 minutes or until the cheese is bubbling and golden.
Remove from the oven and leave to cool before serving. Bon apptit!Package Type
