Preparation and Usage

  • Evenly distribute 2 - 3 Zip® firelighters amongst your briquettes.
  • Light the firelighters.
  • Always keep the barbecue uncovered until ready to cook.
  • Allow 20-30 minutes for the briquettes to ash and glow before cooking. Try spreading them out evenly in a single layer if you want a gentler cooking result.
