Super Premium Short Grain Rice

Store in a cool dry place away from direct sunlight.


Preparation and Usage

Combine 1 cup of Yumenishiki rice and 1.25 cups of water in a medium saucepan. Bring to a boil, reduce to low heat, simmer, and cover for 20 minutes, or until moisture is absorbed. Remove from heat; let stand covered for about 10 minutes before serving. Makes about 2.5 cups of cooked rice.
