Cooking Instructions - General. Our Scampi is best oven baked straight from your freezer. Ensure product is piping hot throughout before serving. All appliances vary, these are guidelines only.; Grill - From Frozen. Medium / high heat 10 mins
Pre-heat the grill & grill pan and remove all packaging
Place Scampi onto the base of the grill pan and cook for 10 mins turning occasionally; Oven cook - From Frozen. 220C/Fan 200C/Gas 7, 12 mins
Pre-heat the oven and remove all packaging
Place Scampi onto a baking tray in the top of the oven & cook for 12 mins
