Preparation and Usage
Preparation you will need:150ml (3/5 cup) water100ml (2/5 cup) oil2 eggs or YesYouCan Vegan Egg ReplacerGanache Topping60ml (1/4 cup) fresh cream20cm (8in) 1 high edge round cake tinCooking Instructions:1 Preheat oven to 160°C (fan forced) or 180°C (conventional oven)*.2 Grease cake tin or spray with vegetable oil.3 Combine water, eggs, oil and the chocolate mud cake mix in a small mixing bowl.4 Fold mixture with a wooden spoon. Scrape down sides of bowl.5 Pour batter into a greased cake tin and bake for approx. 45 - 50** minutes.Cake is baked if it bounces back when gently pressed at the peak of the cake.6 Remove cake from the oven.
