Preparation and Usage
Cooking Instructions
1 Preheat frypan and grease well.
2 Shake bottle to loosen dry mix.
3 Remove cap but don't discard.
4 Fill bottle with water to level indicated on the back label or add 280ml water and replace cap.
5 Turn bottle upside down and shake well for 1 minute. Gently remove cap to release pressure. Replace cap and shake for further 1 minute.
6 Pour batter into frypan to desired size and cook over medium heat for 1-2 minutes on each side or until golden brown.
Makes approx. 12 pancakes.
