Packed with crispy shallots, fermented broad bean paste and a signature má tingle from premium Sichuan peppercorns, this is a boldly umami, deeply addictive chilli oil. It crackles, tingles and leaves you hungry for the next bite. Unlike others, we use cold-pressed rapeseed oil, not refined vegetable oil.
