Cooking Guidelines (Baking By Hand): All you need is 500g Wright's cake mix, 200ml water & 60 ml vegetable oil. Blend together & mix to a smooth batter. Place batter into a large loaf tin that is well greased or has a paper liner. Bake in oven preheated to 160-180C for 50-60 minutes. Remove from oven & allow to stand for 10-15 minutes before tipping out onto a cooling wire.
Cooking Guidelines (Bread Machine): Using ingredients listed above, place water & oil into bread machine baking pan then add cake mix on top. Select cake programme & press start. Once finished, allow cake to stand whilst still in pan within the bread making machine for a further 10-15 minutes. Remove pan & leave to stand for further 10-15 minutes.
