Here at Tiptree, raspberries are one of the key crops grown on the farm - with many of them finding their way into this delicious Raspberry Conserve. We take only the finest raspberries, gently sieve them with sugar in small batches to create this wonderfully rich raspberry jam. It makes the most amazing cake fillings - try it in a Victoria Sponge - or is unbeatable on a slice of hot buttered toast.
