Whites Oat Bran Extra Fine are oat groats which have been steamed and rolled flat. They tend to be more flavoursome and have a better texture than the standard cut flake oats.
Because they are not cut they retain more of their wholegrain natural goodness resulting in a delicious hearty bowl of porridge.
