How to use:

• Brush teeth before use.
• Open the battery cover, remove the plastic tab beneath the battery before use.
• Attach the mouth tray to the LED light.
• Fill tray
• Place the tray in your mouth and activate the LED light by pressing the button.
• Keep the tray in for 20-30 minutes.
• Rinse your mouth with water after use. Repeat the process for 7 consecutive days. For best results use our refill gels once a month and maintain results by brushing your teeth with our Whitening Toothpaste twice a day, morning and evening.
• There are 7 treatments in each set so you need to divide the 3 syringes between 7 (just under half per treatment). If you fill the top part of the tray and put into mouth, the gel will spread into the bottom part once in your mouth.
