Preparation

To Cook
1. Gently boil fresh salted water in a pan (Teo's tip - add 1/2 teaspoons of sea salt for each litre of water)
2. Add the pasta and cook for no longer than 3 mins, then gently drain
3. Serve! (Teo's tip - add fresh sage and a dash of vegan butter or extra virgin olive oil)
