Regional information: Château d'Esclans is situated in the heart of Provence, northeast of St. Tropez. Now in its twentieth vintage, Château d'Esclans is home to Whispering Angel.
Vinification: Night time harvesting, optical eye sorting, fermentation and aging in stainless steel vats for 3 months. The terroir is clay and limestone soils.
