Magnesium is an essential mineral to our health, being required by the body for over 300 processes including muscle relaxation and sleep support. It is not produced by the body, so needs constant replenishment to maintain optimum levels.

Directions

Dissolve 1 - 4 cups (approx 250g-1kg) of flakes in a warm bath of 37-39°C. Relax and soak for 20 minutes. In pregnancy, use 1-2 cups (approx 250g-500g) and ensure the bathing water is around 36°C and never higher than body temperature. Keep sealed in a cool, dry place as flakes turn to liquid on contact with moisture.
