Dissolve salt in a bath of approx 37C.Relax and soak for 20 minutes or so.
For detoxifying bathing use up to 500g of salt per regular sized bath.
Use 3 times per week for 2 weeks, then when needed.
For general wellbeing use approx 100g-200g per regular sized bath.
Store sealed in a cool, dry place as over time salt can absorb moisture.Do not use on broken skin. Avoid contact with eyes. Not suitable for use on babies or infants. Do not use when pregnant.
