One serving (2 biscuits) of Oatibix provides 2g of beta-glucan soluble fibre from whole oats, which is two thirds of 3g, the suggested daily intake.

Preparation
Delicious hot or cold. To enjoy hot: Add milk to 2 biscuits (175ml). Microwave for 60 seconds (based on 850w). Sprinkle with berries, nuts, or toppings of your choice. Careful, it's hot. Once prepared do not store or reheat.
