• Ganache Praline - Crunchy biscuit topped with hazelnut praline, coated in milk chocolate and decorated with caramelised almonds.
• Dark Chocolate Coconut Thin - A thin round biscuit half coated with dark chocolate and sprinkled with coconut.
• Dark Chocolate Shortcake - Golden shortcake dipped each end in dark chocolate.
• Dark Chocolate Wafer - A light wafer biscuit with a cocoa cream filling, covered with dark chocolate.
• Crisp Biscuit Curl - A delicately rolled, crispy vanilla curl biscuit.
• Coffee Cream Biscuit - A duo of biscuits with a coffee cream centre and decorated with dark chocolate.
