Cooking Instructions: Other: Pan Fry Medium heat. Chilled 2-3 mins. Preheat 1 tsp. (5ml) of oil in a frying pan over a high heat. Remove all packaging and blot pancetta with kitchen paper before cooking. Turn heat to medium, place pancetta in the pan. Cook for 2-3 minutes, stirring frequently until crispy. Check food is thoroughly cooked before serving. Do not reheat once cooled.
Storage: Keep refrigerated below 5°C. Once opened, consume within 2 days. Do not exceed use by date. For use by date see front of pack.
