Create bakes to celebrate at home with this rich, dark icing made using fairtrade cocoa. Swirl lavishly on everything from traybakes to fairy cakes. The deep chocolate flavour goes especially well with caramel and toffee, as well as classic vanilla.
INGREDIENTS: Sugar, palm oil (certified sustainable), water, fat reduced cocoa powder (9%), humectant (vegetable glycerol), invert sugar syrup, emulsifiers (mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids, soya lecithin), salt, preservative (potassium sorbate), acidity regulator (citric acid), stabiliser (xanthan gum), rapeseed oil, antioxidant (tocopherol-rich extract)
Fairtrade cocoa may be mixed with non-certified cocoa, on a mass balance basis.
