This deliciously indulgent cake is inspired by the classic flavours of a Black Forest Gateau, and makes the perfect centrepiece for any celebration. Three layers of chocolate sponge are filled with cherry buttercream and cherry jam, and decorated with velvety vanilla buttercream and freeze dried cherry pieces.
