Cooking Instructions: Pasta absorbs water when cooked. 125g of uncooked pasta weighs 135g when cooked. Nutrition per serving is based on cooked weight.
Hob: SIMMER. 3 mins. Allow approximately 125g pasta per person. Do not separate the pasta before placing in water, as the pasta will separate during cooking. Place the pasta in a large pan of boiling water. Reduce the heat and simmer gently. Remove the pasta carefully from the water using a slotted spoon to drain off excess water and serve immediately. Do not reheat once cooled.
Storage: Keep refrigerated below 5°C. Once opened, consume within 2 days. Do not exceed use by date. For use by date see front of pack. Freeze as soon after purchase as possible and within the use by date. Use within one month. Defrost fully before use: do not refreeze once defrosted.
