Chardonnay grapes, ripened slowly under the Spanish sun, are fermented, gently de-alcoholised using a low-temperature vacuum distillation process to remove the alcohol, and then carbonated. The peach and melon aromas and classic yeasty notes lead to a crisp, citrusy finish, making it perfect on its own or with party nibbles.
