Preparation and usage
Directions
One capsule a day with your main meal. Swallow with water or a cold drink. Not to be chewed. Do not exceed recommended intake.
If you are taking antibiotics: Take 1-2 capsules daily, ideally with a meal, and at least 2 hours separately from the antibiotic. Continue for at least 2 weeks after you have finished your antibiotics.
