How to use
TWO (2) MULTI-NUTRIENT TABLETS PER DAY, ONE (1) OMEGA-3 CAPSULE PER DAY, PLUS ONE (1) LIVE CULTURES CAPSULE PER DAY. TAKE WITH YOUR MAIN MEAL. Swallow with water or a cold drink. Not to be chewed. Do not exceed recommended intake. Pregnacare tablets and capsules should only be taken on a full stomach. You can start taking Pregnacare Max Live Cultures at any point during pregnancy.
