Adults: 1 teaspoonful 2 times daily. Ideally taken with a main meal. Do not exceed the recommended intake. To open bottle, press and turn childproof cap. Once opened store in fridge and use within 8 weeks. Feroglobin plus liquid can be continued for as long as required. Shake well before use. One teaspoonful = approx. 5ml.

Not suitable for children. Green Tea Extract contains a minimum of 0.375mg of catechins [including a minimum of 0.125mg (-)- epigallocatechin-3-gallate] per daily intake. Do not consume over 800mg of (-)- epigallocatechin-3-gallate per day. Should not be consumed by pregnant or lactating women, children below 18 years old, under fasting conditions, or if you are already consuming other products containing green tea. Contains low levels of natural caffeine (0.13mg per 10ml). Not recommended for use by those sensitive to caffeine. THIS PRODUCT CONTAINS IRON, WHICH IF TAKEN IN EXCESS, MAY BE HARMFUL TO VERY YOUNG CHILDREN. As with other iron liquids, prolonged contact may cause minor staining on porous surfaces such as sinks.
