Villa Mona Coteaux Varoix Provence is a pale pink rose with brilliant highlights. It has a fruity cherry nose, with aromas of wild strawberry and raspberry and hints of tangerine and lemon. It is a more citrusy style of rosé with plenty of flavor, density and length, with a suave ending.
Perfect with summer salads, sushi, asparagus risotto, and barbecue/grilled foods.
Serve at 8-10°C.
