Intense strawberry and cherry aromas are mingled with citrus, herbal and floral notes. Lush texture and fresh acidity that lead to a long crisp finish.
History
This year undoubtedly presented challenges, principally due to the high summer temperatures and the low levels of precipitation during winter. These were the principal reasons for why harvest began several weeks earlier than normal. The harvest was different, with lower yields but very expressive, aromatic and fresh grapes, which have shown their character in these wines, with freshness, good body, balance and a long finish.
Regional Information
The Casablanca Valley is a cool climate area on the northwestern side of Chile's coastal range less than 30 kilometers from the Pacific Ocean. Our estate occupies the extreme eastern end of the valley and is noted for its gentle Pacific breezes and early morning fog, making it the ideal climate for producing cool climate varietals.

Vinification Details
The grapes are harvested in the early morning to keep them bright and fresh. The fruit goes in whole cluster into the press and is then racked off to stainless steel tanks for cold fermentation before it is bottled.
